Very often, particularly following a mortgage valuation, there will be concerns relating to a specific element of a building. A typical example being cracks noted by the Valuation Surveyor; we offer a defect report service that will focus on the issue in hand. The investigations will be undertaken by a Chartered Building Surveyor and as the whole of the premises is not being inspected the fees are lower.

In the event that there is a concern relating to structural movement; we can also offer an investigation to include a CCTV drainage survey of the below ground drainage, with trial holes to determine the condition of the drainage in relation to the depth of foundations and bearing.
